Shipping, Returns, Refunds etc

​

All of my UK parcels will be sent 1st or 2nd class via my Royal Mail. I will have access to a QR tracking code, this will allow me to see the progress of your parcel by seeing its GPS location, so not quite a tracking number, but more a reference number. I can provide you with the reference information if ever you are in need of it. My parcels usually arrive within 2-3 days after posting, except busier periods of the year for example at Christmas, orders places after December 10th may take significantly longer than the usual delivery estimation, so if you are purchasing at this time of the year, please order with plenty of time before your goods are needed. 

If your parcel hasn't arrived after 10 days from my shipping date, please contact me, I will be in contact with Royal Mail and if the item is marked as "lost" (which is very rare) we will sort out refunds and joint conclusion via email or personal message.

International parcels are sent via UPS and a tracking number will be provided upon shipping. Please contact me if you are having difficulty checking out via my website, we can organise an alternative payment and shipping method.

Returns are only accepted if both you and I have agreed to do so depending on the reason for return. You will be required to pay for the shipping of the item/s back to me and you will be refunded once I have received the item/s back in perfect condition. If your items never made it to you due to the shipping company not being able to deliver your item/s and they are naturally returned to me, should you want a refund for your item/s this will not be in full, but minus the shipping I paid to originally post them out, if you pay for shipping to have them sent back to me you will receive a full refund (proof of postage from you will be requied for this). Item/s will need to be returned within a 10 day period of you receiving the parcel in order to qualify for a refund. International returns have the same criteria here excluding the return time, international returns must make it back to me within 30 days to receive a refund.

Refunds will only be made under these circumstances; if you have received your item/s and they are damaged or unusable and proof images have been verified by me, if you have not received your item/s and they have been declared "lost" in the post, if you have been charged too much by accident and this has been confirmed by me and we have discussed this over email or personal message, if you are returning item/s and they have been posted back to me in perfect condition, items that are returned damaged and this was not discussed prior to your return, will not be refunded, this criteria goes for International customers too.

Incorrect Delivery Address/Returned/Held At Customs Orders

Any returned orders with an incorrect shipping address will be held until corrected and postage is re submitted with a new shipping label. You will be liable to pay for shipping costs.

Modifications To My Prices

Prices for my products are subject to change without notice.

My business reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue a service without notice at any time.

My business shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority for your residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use my products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your custom.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through my website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

My business has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the flesh.

My business reserves the right to refuse any order you place. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on my website or with my business. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
