Here's what you will get in your Magical Medium Box:
- A 5 Card Reading
This will be at the beginning of each month for a standard outlook on what your month might bring. If you sign up in the middle of the month, you can definitely request your reading immediately so you dont have to wait until the following month to begin, simply send me a message on here or over on Instagram and I will sort this for you
- A Dream / Rune Reading
This will be to your choosing throughout the month! So if you have vivid dreams at certain times of the month, you can definitely save this until you need more clarification on a dream you had, simply send me a message and I can sort this for you! If dream readings aren't your thing, that is totally okay! I can do a rune reading for you, this also can be whenever you choose or whenever you feel you would like it, but don't worry, if I don't hear from you, you will receive your rune reading before the next month starts!
- Early Access
In the Small Special Package, you will be able to get early access to 2 out of the 4 weeks of new stock! This also is completely your choice when you would like this early access, whether it be at the beginning, middle or end of the month, again, don't worry if I don't hear from you, you will receive early access to the last 2 weeks of the month. Early access will include pictures and videos of new stock available for you to claim up to 2 new items, before everyone else!
- Free Shipping Over £20 (UK only)
My standard free shipping policy is £30+ to receive free shipping, however you will have a unique code to use to get free shipping across all items in my shop, with a basket total of £20, and available to use as many times as you would like!
- Small Crystal Care Pack PLUS Incense
So depending on how your reading has gone whether it be your tarot reading, dream or rune reading, I will send you a small care package through the post of items to assist you with your potential circumstances. I will also include some incense sticks from my Wildberry selection as a sample for you to try out, if incense isn't for you, please let me know and I will substitute the incense for an extra small crystal.

By offering my subscription and signing up, each month you will receive various services and items to make the sign up totally worth your while!
Now, I understand that money can be difficult to find sometimes, so you can have peace of mind knowing that there are different price points on my subscription packages, so you can choose what might suit you best! Plus it is quick and easy to cancel your subscription at any time should you ever need to.
Extra info (worthwhile reading through):
Subscription packages are none refundable for reasons including; not happy with the service, forgetting to cancel, not enjoying the package, refunds will only be honoured if item/s are damaged in your physical box (incl. Magical Medium Box & Legendary Large Box).
Magical Medium - includes only 1, 5 card reading for the month, requesting more will be at an additional cost to your subscription package. Only 1 Dream OR Rune reading is included in this package, requesting more will also be at an additional cost to your subscription package. Early Access is only available for 2 of the 4 weeks of your subscription package. Free shipping over £20 will require you to use your unique code at checkout, failure to use your code will mean you will pay the standard £3 shipping of your order is below £30. You will not need to use your code if your order total is over £30. Your unique code will become invalid if you cancel your subscription and a new code will be generated if you re start your subscription. Sharing your code with friends or family, will result in immediate cancellation of your subscription, your code will only be honoured to your account, name, postal address and email address, if there alterations in any of this information I will reach out to you and ensure a mistake hasn't been made. If someone else were to use your code, their order would also be cancelled, they would be welcome to repurchase without the use of the code.
Early access for the boxes varies, Small Special includes only 1 item to claim on early access, Magical Medium is up to 2 items and Legendary Large is up to 3 items to claim early. Depending on your subscription, you don't have to claim all of the number of options you have, or any at all with any subscription, there is no obligation to have to claim items, for example if you have a Magical Medium subscription and only want to claim 1 item out of the 2 you can have in early access, that is totally okay. If you do claim something, this does mean you are willing to pay for your claim/s after my live sales, held over on Instagram every Sunday evening at 7pm UK time (unless I state otherwise on my profile) you are also more than welcome to claim as many items as you would like during and after my Instagram live sales.
The crystal care package included with the Medium and Large subscriptions are intuitively selected by me. Specific items cannot be requested in your box, as I will put your box together according to items that aren't necessarily in my shop. However if you feel like you are in need of a certain type of crystal, for example, if rose quartz is something you think you might be in need of, please send that request my way and I will be able to sort that for you. Care packages will be sent out at the nearest possible postage date from when your subscription started, for example if you started your subscription on the 6th of the month, the nearest possible business postage date after the 6th will be the date your box gets posted, tracking information will be sent to you via email.
None of these terms and conditions affect your rights to remain a customer of mine.
