After 5 years of running my small business, I am beyond excited to have Gift Cards available for use in my shop!
Please read carefully everything below for all information about my gift cards.
What Is This Gift Card?This gift card is perfect for someone you know who loves crystals but may want to choose for themselves, whether its a Birthday, Christmas or "just because", these gift cards are perfect for almost any occasion.
How To Use Gift Card?After choosing from the amount options (£25/£50/£75/£100) I will send a physical Gift Card, as shown in images, to the buyers address, with amount and unique discount code written on the back. PLEASE NOTE the discount code MUST be used at checkout to redeem the Gift Card. The Gift Card can only be USED ONCE to either cover or go towards crystals in my shop. This Gift Card cannot be used anywhere else but with me i.e My Website / Etsy / Instagram.
What Can I Buy?As mentioned above, the total amount of the Gift Card can go towards any items only in my shop, this includes full price and sale/discounted items. This Gift Card will not cover any shipping fees, it will only be deducted from the total cost of your crystal/s at checkout. PLEASE NOTE If your total does not meet up with your chosen items, the difference cannot be refunded, for example if your Gift Card is worth £25 and your chosen crystal/s add up to £20, you will not be refunded the difference, so please bare this in mind when shopping with me and using your gift card. If your basket exceeds the amount of your Gift Card, for example if your Gift Card is worth £25 and your chosen crystal/s add up to £30, you will be required to pay the difference.
When Will I Receive My Gift Card?I will post your Gift Card 1st Class (Letter) Tracked, so it should arrive to you within 1-3 days from dispatch. 
What Happens If My Gift Card Is Damaged/Lost?If in this case, I will send a replacement Gift Card out straight away, I will need proof of damage or confirmation of "Undelivered/Lost" which I will check on the tracking. The discount code will only be available for a 1 time use, you could have 10 of the same Gift Card with the same discount code that can only be redeemed 1 time. Separate purchases will generate new codes.
Other InfoThis Gift Card is NOT a template for anyone to use, this is my own logo / design, I will not send out blank Gift Cards for other to utilize.
