Are your crystals real?

Yes! Unless the piece is man made like Opalite, Goldstone or Terahertz for example, all of my crystals are real.

Do you ship worldwide?

I do! Shipping costs will increase outside of the UK, European countries and a few others will have import fees to pay (likely) please bare this in mind when purchasing.

If you are finding it difficult to check out via my website and you are located outside of the UK, please send me a message and there are alternative ways we can sort out payment & shipping for you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to the UK is free over £33, below £33 will be £3.20 and all UK parcels are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail unless the order total is above £55, shipping will be 1st class. International prices vary depending where you are located and depending how much you order i.e the heavier the box, the more it may cost.

I do have an extra option if you need your items quickly, for a small fee, your parcel can be delivered with speed. This option is shown at the checkout.

Can I request specific crystals from you?

Of course! Please feel free to send me a message on here or via dm on Instagram or Twitter and I will do everything I can to get the crystal you are requesting.

Do you sell wholesale crystals/incense?

As of early 2024, I am able to sell wholesale Wildberry incense sticks to anyone with no minimum order total. All I need from you is which fragrance/s you would like and I can get them for you in packs of 100 minimum, please note, I cannot do fragrance orders for less than 100 sticks of 1 fragrance since that is the pre packeted quantity I get in. Please reach out if you are interested in wholesale incense of the brand Wildberry Incense, from me.

What if I don't like a crystal I got?

You can send me a message if you are unhappy with your order and we can come to an agreement with how to move forward that suits us both.

Can I get free crystals?

Unfortunately, I'm not doing PR or free crystals at this time.

What brand is the incense you stock?
